How to place an order on the site?
You can place an order online with or without registration on our site, order from our consultant on phone 0878407506 or 064/801126 or via the online order form. When an order is successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail with information about the order (it is possible that it will end up in the Spam folder). For faster processing, you need to fill in the shipping and contact details correctly.

Orders are delivered by Econt or Transpress couriers to the customer's address. The courier service is at the expense of M Mebel.
What is the delivery time?
The term for delivery of orders is 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order (if the order is received on a weekend or public holiday - from the first working day).
What is the procedure for exchanging and returning a purchased product?
Upon delivery, we offer a "Preview" option, which allows you to open your order in front of an employee of the courier company and review it before paying the cash on delivery /the value of the ordered furniture/. After accepting the delivery, you can return products that are not damaged in packaging and are not in use within 30 working days, for which you must contact us. In the event that the return is the fault of M Mebel, the transport costs are covered by M Mebel. In the event that you wish to return purchased goods without M Mebel being at fault for this, the transport costs are borne by the customer.
